The Garden — where
green does quiet work.

A living part of the sanctuary. Somewhere to walk slowly, breathe fully, and let the landscape carry you.

A retreat within the retreat

Not scenery.
Part of the treatment.

We think of the garden as a room without a ceiling. Between sessions, or simply as the visit itself, it offers what no interior can — open air, birdsong, the slow theatre of light moving through leaves.

There is real science to it, and something older than science too. Time spent in green space lowers what the body has been holding. We simply make space for it, and then step back.

Sit a while.
The garden keeps no schedule.

The garden is one movement within a longer passage. See the full experience, or let it lead you to the Bistro.
