Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Belle Afrique is appointment-only and deliberately small, so that each guest is fully attended rather than processed. You can begin with a private request — there is no obligation in asking.
What should I expect on a first visit?
You are received privately, given time to settle, and we speak quietly about what you are carrying before anything begins. Nothing is rushed. You can read the full arc on the experience page.
How do you handle privacy?
Discretion is part of the care. Your visit, your details, and our conversations are held privately. The time we set aside is yours alone and is never shared.
How should I prepare?
Arrive a little early so you do not feel rushed, wear something comfortable, and let yourself set down the day at the door. Anything else, we will guide you through gently when you arrive.
Can I visit the garden or the Bistro without treatment?
The garden and Bistro are part of the sanctuary's rhythm. Speak with us about visiting — we will let you know what is possible around our private appointments.
What does care cost?
Because care is shaped around the individual, we discuss it personally rather than list fixed prices. We will talk it through gently when you reach out.
